COMMUNITY GATHERING! We would like to invite everyone to a Social Meet and Greet, Take 2 Saturday, April 28, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the park in Phase I, corner of Shady Oak Drive and Angelina Drive*. We would like to get to know you all better and discuss new ideas for the community along with questions and concerns you may have. Please stop by to check out the committee sign-up sheets and enter the drawing for fun door prizes!

*As weather can be a bit unpredictable this time of year, contingency plans will be in place. However, the Social will be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather conditions. Updates will be available on the official website, www.cypressbendtxhoa.com.

As most of you are aware, as of the last Annual HOA meeting back in November 29, 2017, the HOA has been handed over to the Cypress Bend community. The HOA Board of Directors is now comprised of five (5) homeowners that have volunteered their time to serve the Cypress Bend community. As homeowners ourselves, the HOA Board of Directors want to put the past behind us, correct any mistakes, redirect any misconceptions, and move forward in building a positive and cohesive community at Cypress Bend.

The first 90 days have been challenging and educational. As your Board of Directors, we are preparing the foundation to build a strong Home Owner’s Association and bring our community together! We have been working diligently with a team at Legacy Southwest Property Management (LSWPM), our current management company, to review the financial status and records that were provided by prior management under LGI. This research is being done amongst the Board of Directors assisted by LSWPM, and we thank you for your patience during this process. We ask that if you receive a letter from LSWPM, please contact Lynn at lynn.legacysouthwestpm.com or call 214-705-1615 with your questions, and she will be able to gather information and forward to the Board for review.
